- Check Audio levels on Live Streams
- Ensure video feeds are respectful and appropriate, avoiding potentially disruptive or sensitive shots.
- Store recordings securely and organized by date or event.
4. Camera Operator
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Maintain focus and avoid sudden jerky movements.
- Keep communication lines open with the video director.
- Ensure camera batteries are charged and backup equipment is available.
- Do not leave cameras unattended in public areas.
5. Graphics and Presentation Operator
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Review content for errors before live presentations.
- Make sure your lyrics are translated two Russian and English
- Make Sure you have update video intros (announcement's) from Canva
- Coordinate with the speaker or worship leader for any last-minute changes.
- Use consistent fonts, colors, and animations that align with church branding.
- Avoid on-the-fly changes without necessary approval.
6. Lighting Technician
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially when setting up or breaking down equipment.
- Avoid sudden or intense lighting changes that may distract from the service.
- Regularly test equipment for faults.
- Work with other teams for special lighting requirements and practice the sequence beforehand.
7. Social Media Coordinator
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Avoid posting any controversial or divisive content.
- Respect privacy, obtaining permission before posting pictures or names.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and respectful manner.
8. Post-production Editor
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Avoid over-editing, keeping content authentic.
- Ensure proper attributions for any external content used.
- Store and backup edited and raw files securely.
- Adhere to any content guidelines or themes set by the media director or church leadership.
9. Webmaster/Website Manager
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Ensure website uptime and troubleshoot any downtime immediately.
- Update content regularly, removing outdated information.
- Backup the website regularly.
- Maintain website security to prevent breaches or malware.
10. Podcast/Streaming Coordinator
- Guidelines & Rules:
- Ensure stable internet connections for live streaming.
- Monitor streaming channels for any disruptions and have contingency plans in place.
- Credit all contributors or sources in podcasts or streams.
- Promote content consistently across all platforms.
