Thank you for your dedication and service to our church, and ultimately to God. Your contribution is invaluable to our worship experience and outreach efforts. To ensure that we continue to deliver our best, the following guidelines are intended to reinforce our mission and guide us in our service:

1. Commence with Prayer:

Every service and meeting should start with a prayer. Let's invite God's presence and seek His guidance as we begin our service.

"Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them." ~ Matthew 18:20

2. Preparation:

Use the Church Events Calendar to stay updated and prepared for each service. Make sure you have the correct and up-to-date resources, such as background images, video announcements, etc.

“The plans of the diligent certainly lead to advantage, But everyone who is in a hurry certainly comes to poverty.” ~ Proverbs 21:5

3. System Checks:

Please make sure that your system is in working order before the service begins. This includes checking the audio and video equipment, software, and any other necessary tools.

"But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way." ~ 1 Corinthians 14:40

4. Focus on the Service:

Your full attention is required during the service. Remember, you are the eyes and ears of the congregation.

• Avoid using your phone during the service.
• Do not browse the web during the service.
• Keep your head up and remain attentive, unless you are praying.

“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people…” ~ Colossians 3:23

5. Active Participation:

Fully participate in the service by standing and praying with the congregation during prayer times. Remember that you are a part of the body of Christ.

“But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not just hearers who deceive themselves.” ~ James 1:22
