Key Responsibilities:
- Church Departments Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate events across various church departments.
- Ensure all events are accurately added to the church calendar and updated as needed.
- Children’s Curriculum:
- Print and distribute children's curriculum materials.
- Ensure timely availability of curriculum for all relevant programs.
- Class/Room Booking System Management:
- Oversee the booking system for church classes and rooms.
- Manage schedules, bookings, and ensure proper coordination between users.
- Key Management:
- Manage all electronic keys for the church.
- Track key distribution and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Planning Center (CRM):
- Maintain and update the church member database in the Planning Center (CRM).
- Ensure the database includes accurate information on members, children, teens, and youth.
- Church Email Management:
- Oversee the management of the church email (sftmail.org).
- Handle email correspondence and ensure all communications are addressed promptly.
- ProtonMail & Docs Management:
- Use ProtonMail & Proton Drive for archiving important documents.
